All our prices are inclusive of GST, which means the price you see is the price you pay - no hidden costs, taxes or foreign exchange fees.
Shipping charges are completely free to anywhere in Australia for orders over $150. This means no matter what you buy and no matter where you live in Australia you will pay $0.00 to have it delivered to your door for orders over $150. Orders under $150 will incur a small $15.00 delivery charge.

Eweld is committed to protecting your privacy. When shopping online or ordering by phone, it is our goal to make your experience safe and secure. Eweld is the sole owner of the information collected online and by phone.
Information We Gather
Any account information you supply during registration or during a purchase either by telephone or the internet will be used only to process requested commerce transactions or to contact you regarding a specific transaction.
Eweld will not disclose your user information to any non-affiliated organization without your consent. However, Eweld may disclose user information to the government and/or third parties when we have reason to believe that disclosure of such information is necessary to identify or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms and Conditions or otherwise causing harm to Eweld or anyone who could be victimized by such activities, and where otherwise required by law or by legal process.
Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is our top priority. Eweld protects the security of your online transaction by taking advantage of a direct Gateway online payment solution.
To check that your browser is in secure mode, check that a “lock” or a “key” icon is displayed in the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. You can also check by looking at the URL bar on top of your browser. This line will typically show the first characters as “https” when a secure connection has been established rather than “http” which indicates a connection that is not secured. To further protect your security, we suggest you close your browser window after you have finished your visit, especially if you are using a computer shared by others.

If you encounter a warranty issue with a welding helmet you buy online through Eweld then please contact us and stop using the product immediately. Eweld will send you a warranty return form that must be filled out and accompany the returned warranty product. It will be your responsibility (and at your expense) to return the product to Eweld for warranty assessment. Under no circumstances will replacement products be sent to the customer before Eweld receives the returned warranty product. If the product is found to have been damaged through misuse your original product will be sent back to you accompanied by a warranty report. If the product is assessed and found to have no fault then the product will be returned to you accompanied by a warranty report. Should the product be assessed and found to be faulty then Eweld will dispatch a replacement product with a warranty report. Eweld will keep you in the loop at all stages and should we replace a product under warranty your period of cover starts again.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
With our hassle free Returns Policy, just lodge a Return Request with us and you can nominate to exchange the original item for another or, if you prefer, request a refund.
- A returned item will attract a store credit for the full amount of purchase, which can be used to purchase other items from Eweld;
- If a refund is approved, it will be for the total purchase amount, less any applicable postage and handling costs associated with the item(s) original consignment.
Freight charges incurred in returning goods to Eweld will be at the customer's expense, with exception to faulty items and items received as a result of our error. In these cases, a prepaid Australia Post postage label will be supplied.
You can submit a Return Request up to 10 business days from the date of delivery.
Approving your return request:
In order for a Return Request to be approved:
- Items must be returned in the original, and undamaged, manufacturer's packaging;
- Items contained within this packaging must be in original, unused condition;
- Part numbers on the returned items must be legible and undamaged;
- Items must be returned to Eweld within 10 business days of Return Request approval
All product images on the Eweld website may vary from the actual product. All typographical errors are subject to correction. Please note that images are only to be used as a point of reference and may not be indicative, in any way, of the actual product.
Product Descriptions and Specifications
Please be assured that Eweld make every effort to ensure product description accuracy, however specifications, features, documents and graphics published may contain inaccuracies. If an error is made or a product is listed at the incorrect price, Eweld will endeavour to correct the error as soon as possible.
